Our Amazon experts worked closely with the client to develop strategic digital commerce solutions to increase visibility, maximize conversion, and ultimately drive sales growth.

Our foremost priority was to strike the delicate balance of offering the best deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Through meticulous planning and analysis, we curated offers that delighted customers and maximized profitability. Additionally, we confirmed sufficient inventory availability to meet the heightened customer demand and prevent stockouts, guaranteeing a seamless shopping experience.
Visibility
Recognizing the significance of key placement on Prime Day, we negotiated a prominent main page display on the Prime Day Deals page for 48 hours. This premium placement ensured heightened visibility and significantly boosted customer engagement, leading to greater sales performance.
Strategic Advertising
We devised comprehensive advertising strategies to secure a significant share of voice on and off Amazon. We effectively promoted the client’s deals by leveraging targeted sponsored ads, generating heightened customer interest and driving sales. These strategic advertising efforts played a pivotal role in driving the overall success of Prime Day.
Although this project presented many challenges, such as Prime Day being rescheduled, shifting consumer purchasing habits, and the saturation of similar competing deals, our client was still able to achieve record-breaking results. Through our partnership, the brand generated $1.9 million in sales in one day and moved to the #1 position in Amazon’s Kitchen and Dining category. We also helped them achieve an astounding 2,629% performance increase YOY.
