One of our most impressive projects was the installation of smart home displays in 900 Best Buy stores across all 50 states, in just two weeks. It was a massive undertaking, but we were up to the challenge.

We deployed teams of four experts to each store for a six-hour installation. But it wasn’t just about the installation – we also administered quality assurance measures to ensure spectacular execution. We left no stone unturned to ensure brand consistency across all stores, with a planning period of six months. During this time, we completed multiple time studies, wrote extensive instructions, and prepared tools and parts for shipment to each store.

Our specialists drilled, assembled, and completed advanced wiring for the smart home displays, earning global recognition from our client.
