Drew is a seasoned leader in corporate development, financial planning, and strategic execution. As Associate Vice President and Chief of Staff at Acosta Group, he is critical in driving strategic alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful implementation of key initiatives to support business growth and financial success. 

With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial strategy, and business transformation, Drew has held leadership positions across multiple organizations. Most recently, he served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Mergers & Acquisitions at Acosta Group, where he led impactful financial strategies and M&A initiatives. Previously, he was Director of Corporate Development at People2.0, overseeing valuation, business case modeling, and deal-related workstreams. 

Drew’s career also includes key roles at Wabtec Corporation and GE Transportation, where he managed mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, focusing on optimizing strategic portfolios and driving business growth. 

Drew holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Case Western Reserve University.
