Lisa Koth, SVP, Chief Strategy Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer, Lisa Koth is responsible for advancing Acosta Group’s strategic plan. She partners closely with the company’s business segments to develop strategies and recommendations to pursue emerging market opportunities and drive innovation. She provides guidance and oversight on acquisitions and other strategic investments. Lisa’s role expanded in 2024 to include leadership of Acosta Europe following the company’s acquisition of Dee Set Group in the U.K. She will now focus on integrating and expanding capabilities in Europe. 

Lisa joined Acosta as a Senior Strategy Director in 2021 after leading projects for The Boston Consulting Group. Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. She started her career in CPG as part of the Finance Leadership Development Program at General Mills, and later earned an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
