Todd Johnson, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

Todd Johnson has served as Acosta’s Chief Legal Officer since 2015. Todd oversees corporate and commercial transactions, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Prior to coming to Acosta, he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Lender Processing Services. He held similar roles for two Fortune 500 publicly traded companies and was a partner in the Corporate and Securities practice group of Holland & Knight, LLP.

A graduate of the Duke University School of Law, Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie-Mellon University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, Society of Governance Professionals and National Association of Corporate Directors.
