OeP, Acosta Group’s comprehensive Amazon services agency, partnered with a new-to-market grocery brand to launch their products on Amazon. The brand sought to establish its presence, increase sales, and compete in a mature and highly competitive space.

Best-in-class Category Content 

We created compelling content for the client’s product detail pages, A+ Content, and brand store. This enhanced their visibility, conveyed their brand story, and gave customers valuable information to make informed purchasing decisions. 

Customer Review and Interaction Strategy 

We developed a comprehensive strategy to encourage customer reviews and interactions. By actively engaging with customers, we fostered a sense of trust and loyalty, leading to positive feedback and word-of-mouth promotion. The client’s products received an impressive average score of 4.4 out of 5 in customer reviews. This positive feedback reinforced the brand’s reputation, built trust among potential customers, and encouraged further sales. Additionally, the client’s performance and volume metrics surpassed the requirements for enrollment in Amazon’s Subscribe & Save program. This achievement provided an opportunity for recurring sales and long-term customer loyalty. 

Sponsored Advertising Campaign 

Recognizing the importance of gaining awareness in a competitive market, we allocated up to $3,000 per month for sponsored advertising on Amazon. As a result of a modest $4,690 ad spend, the client generated $13,915 in sales. This significant return on investment demonstrated the effectiveness of our advertising strategies in driving revenue. 

Curated Promotional Calendar 

To build a repeat customer pool, we implemented an OeP-curated promotional calendar. This allowed us to strategically plan and execute promotions, discounts, and special offers, ensuring steady sales and customer engagement. 

Alignment with Operational SOPs 

We closely aligned our processes and operations with the client’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient execution of tasks. This alignment facilitated a smooth partnership and maximized the effectiveness of our strategies. 

Our client achieved their first sale within 45 days of signing the partnership agreement. Their quick and successful entry to Amazon continued, with the client experiencing an average monthly growth rate of 70% from November to February. This steady upward trend demonstrated the effectiveness of our strategies and the growing demand for their products on Amazon. And, despite facing strict Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) capacity limitations, we successfully maintained an average out-of-stock rate below 15%, minimizing potential sales losses. 

Through collaboration with our Amazon agency, we delivered significant efficiency improvements and substantial sales growth that the client could recognize and appreciate.
